We even clean at those places where nobody looks.

When we take a car in for valeting, it’s more like a major operation. First comes the diagnosis. Then we inspect the vehicle along with the client. And then we draw up an individual valeting plan tailored to your requirements. It usually includes
the following steps:

1Pre-clean with steam jets to remove dirt without damaging the paintwork.
2Insect removal with special environment-friendly detergents.
3Hand shampoo with warm water. We clean all cavities and seams and repeat this process several times.
4Rinse clean and leather dry.
5Pressure dry all hinges, mirrors, trims and more.
6Contiguous paintwork repair in the event of damage, including to alloy wheels and brake calipers.
7Exterior finish. Individual blend of special wax and multiple polishes with sealant.
8Window sealing. The windows are cleaned thoroughly inside and out and finally sealed with Nanotec.
9Special cleaning of all trim strips and chrome parts.
10Interior cleaning. First by steam cleaning, then with dry ice. Finally we neutralise the cabin with our in-house hygiene sprays.
11Replace the cabin air filter and grease all hinges.

At the end we subject every vehicle to a very strict quality check. We are totally uncompromising. If anything isn’t 100 % perfect we send it back to valeting for it to be done again. Once your vehicle has passed our quality control, we deliver it back to your house in our company’s own closed trailer.

A detailed look at our B.O.S. vehicle care package

EXTERIOR VEHICLE CARE:All vehicles are thoroughly inspected with our customers before cleaning; an individual care plan is then agreed upon.
We start by precleaning using a steam jet so that the coarse dirt is softened and can be rinsed away with just a little water pressure and without damaging the paintwork. Insects are loosened and removed by using environmentally friendly cleaning agents. We wash all vehicles by hand. We only use lukewarm water to remove stubborn dirt trapped in the cavities and gaps. We then wash the vehicles by hand several times depending on the level of dirt. In the final step we rinse off the vehicle and start drying it with a chamois leather cloth. Once the chamois drying process is complete, all the door hinges, trim strips, wing mirrors and gaps are dried by using air pressure.
EXTERIOR FINISH:After the intense drying process, the paintwork is inspected. The paintwork on every vehicle has its own texture and surface, for which we individually mix polish and wax. Our indoor areas are heated to 30°C for the finish so that the polish is distributed evenly and without forming clumps on the surface. This is followed by at least one machine polish including nano seal. The vehicle is then polished by hand several times. After the manual polish, the wax is applied directly by virtue of the warmth of the polisher’s own hands. As a final finish, we use a lambskin cloth to polish the surface to a high sheen, even reaching the smallest nooks and crannies! Spot repairs are carried out if the paintwork is damaged.
WHEEL RIMS AND WHEEL ARCH LINER:First of all, the wheel rims are checked with regard to torque and then removed. Once removed, dirt and brake dust is cleaned off the wheel housings. The brake calipers are polished until they shine. If there is paintwork damage on the brake calipers, this is touched up by us. Once the wheel housings and wheel arch liners have been thoroughly cleaned using dry ice, all plastic components are treated with a sealant. This is very important for the durability of all the plastic parts. The wheel rims, including the inner rims, are cleaned by hand using lukewarm water and a special non-acidic cleaner. During this process, brake dust and dirt are removed without damaging the wheel rims. Paintwork damage and kerb damage are professionally repaired in our own workshop! All wheel rims that have been removed undergo wheel balancing. These are of course checked, and any imbalances are rectified. Once the wheel rims have been cleaned, they are polished by hand twice and the tyres are given a high-gloss seal on the inside and outside.
WINDOW SEALING:The vehicle windows are cleaned thoroughly in and outside and then sealed with Nanotec. After sealing, the outer windows are polished. Inside, the windows are given an anti-static seal so that no particles can stick to them.
TRIM STRIPS AND CHROME PARTS:A specific and suitable cleaning agent is used to seal all the trim strips and make them shine.
INTERIOR:First of all, the interior and boot are vacuumed. The car mats are then cleaned thoroughly with a steam cleaner. Footwell mats are cleaned with dry ice, and neutralised and disinfected with our very own hygiene spray. The whole headliner and the columns are cleaned with the company’s own special moist cleaning cloths! Upholstered seats, as well as leather and Alcantara, are subject to special care. The cockpit plus the instrument panel and the trim strips in the cabin are cleaned with our company’s very own products. In the event of damage to the cabin e.g. burn holes on upholstered seats or tears in the leather, these can be professionally repaired.
Finish:All vehicles are given a very thorough inspection and quality check by our quality control inspector. The quality control inspector examines the vehicle after it has been subjected to a thorough cleaning process. Both the interior and the paintwork are closely scrutinised. To finish, we replace the cabin filter. The door hinges and sliding roof rails are greased. It goes without saying that we deliver the cleaned vehicle to your home in our company’s own secure trailer.

CAVITY SEALING:Before applying the cavity seal, every vehicle is inspected with an endoscope to find out which areas are particularly dirty. When it comes to the cavity seal, we only use reputable wax manufacturers. These products are ideally suited to high-quality vehicles, as they are very easy to work with. The wax adheres to even the smallest corners and provides reliable protection in both summer and winter! On classic cars, old and new, we use special greases instead of wax. The greases become liquid in summer and thus always remain elastic. In winter, on the other hand, although the greases are not liquid they are still very elastic and thus ensure very good adhesion in the cavities!
OZONE TREATMENT:We use the ozone treatment to eliminate all kinds of odours; this also guarantees a cleaning and disinfection process. The method is effective against the most persistent odours. The right interior cleaning and a permanent removal of odours is also vital when it comes to maintaining the value of the vehicle.
OZONE TREATMENT PLUS:You can also incorporate your favourite perfume here. We use our company’s own patented cabin spray, which we mix with your perfume essences! In general, the fragrance lasts up to eight weeks.
ENGINE BAY CLEANING:The engine compartment is first sprayed with a special cleaner and cleaned with dry ice. Traces of oil and dirty oil marks are thus removed without any residue.

SEALING AND CLEANING THE UNDERSIDE:The entire underside is inspected. Rust spots are removed by sandblasting down to the bare metal and then professionally resealed. The underside is generously coated with patented paint.
AXLE BOOT CLEANING:All axle boots are inspected and cleaned. Once cleaned, all boots are given a special treatment that generally lasts for six months. This keeps all the boots supple and stops them getting porous.
RUBBER BEARING CLEANING:The rubber bearing bushes are first rinsed out thoroughly with water, then greased and sealed. It goes without saying that we check that all the bushes are working and replace them if necessary!

All work is inspected carefully. We photograph every single step of the work and record it on Blu-ray discs, so that you can see your vehicle before and after our service. This gives you a direct comparison of before and after, so you can see the full effect of our treatment.
